May our Mouths be a gape of pain
May our mouths be a gape of pain
for the lost
May there be a hole in our hearts
for those who live with no hope
May our feet follow the paths
of Christ
May our hands be the servants
of others
May our eyes be the witnesses
of a world so far fallen and crushed
May our ears hear the screams
of a world held captive
May our prayers be made
violent as we struggle
to be in His will
May our worship
rise out of His spirit
through ours
May our swords be sharp
instruments placed from His
Hands to ours
May we be empty vessels
broken, but ready
to be molded into
the image of His Son Jesus
