a Generation of worshippers
where greed once stained the land
A Josiah Generation
that prophesied against the old Jeroboam
followers who worshipped their football and
every sport,
whose heart never burned a flame for You
A Josiah Generation
of young men and women
who seek Purity and Chastity as a way of living
who do not pervert their eyes with this culture
of sexual perversion and immorality
Upright soldiers and preachers
whose swords are stained with the blood
of demons slain by Your Word
who cannot touch them, except by Your Command
Raise children who love You from the breast
whose eyes are lifted towards Heaven
Raise a Josiah Generation
of prayers and prophets
tear the scabs off the heads of the nations.
Heal the wounds that devour the land
the locusts feed on our souls
we are perishing for lack of knowledge
our walls are broken down
enemies are encamped around the crown
of the Nation
Raise up a Generation
consecrated to You.
set them as seals upon Your Heart
Raise up for the Lamb
an uncompromised Army
who take Your Presence with them
wherever they go.

no compromisers
no cowards
as the previous people
who were not allowed to go into the Promise Land
flowing with Milk and Honey
Raise the child from my body
the children from the bodies of mothers and fathers
as Hannah gave Samuel to You
we give our children to serve You

has worshipped idols
Raise up a Josiah Generation!
Blazing Righteousness with THE HOLINESS OF JESUS!
as Moses delivered the children from Egypt
Raise up an Army with JESUS AS THE HEAD
to lead us back to Your Holy Ways
this cursed generation
Take Our Children Equip Them With Your Armour, JEHOVAH
with the Armour of angels
Lead this nation, with Your Banners of Love over us
Oh, JESUS lead this World with the Blood You Shed For us
make Rivers in the deserts of our souls
Pour the Living Waters to a thirsty world
whose mouths are dried with the maggoted bread
of this age
Feed us Your Manna Again!
Take us back to the wilderness again
Where You kept us separate and Your Cloud
went by day, and Your Fire by Night
Separate us from the nations
You Redeemed a people to Proclaim Your Praises
Open our hearts Holy Spirit
Rain down Your Light upon a people
Raise Up a Josiah Generation !
To take us out to Worship in the Presence of Your Glory
In the Beauty of Our Saviour Jesus Christ Who Was Nailed On The Cross
bring us back to the Holiness of Jesus
Make Him King over us
instead of Saul,
instead of the policymakers
Make Him Lord over us
instead of our flesh
defiled with every unclean thing
Wash Again in the Blood of the Lamb
Lord pour Your Life through Our Children to lead the old
as Jeremiah and David
As You prophesied in Your Word,
