Exodus

We are in a mass Exodus,
we are leaving the land of idols,
into The Promised Land,
God is separating the sheep from the goats,
We are leaving this place,
stinched with greed,
we are leaving the valley of sacrificed infants,
We are going into the wilderness
to live separate holy lives
God is with us,
Jesus Christ is Our Redemption
He is Our Lamb, and His Righteousness
is The Banner that goes before His people
All the ones who hear The Shepherd’s Voice
He is taking us back into the wilderness
to cleanse us from all the abominations
we have lived among for so many years
all the babylonish religions
who have taken His Name in vain
He is gathering His Flock
from the four corners of the earth
and leading them in an exodus
away from a culture that was not ours
away from a people we do not belong to
God is leading us by faith outside
We leave behind the golden calves
and those who choose to worship them
We leave the idols of traditions and the religions
and the gods they created in their own images
We leave all the “churches” on every corner behind,
and the dead stones they mortared their buildings with
the evil stones, they piled one on top of another,
the stones of greed, and of policitical correctness,
the stones that never honoured Jesus Christ,
but honoured every foul spirit, they kept
to tickle the ears of the audiences they wanted,
we Exodus into a purging fire
leaving what offends The Holy Spirit,
we tabernacle with Jesus Christ
He Is Our Mercy Seat
God is taking His children out into the wilderness
to feed us His Manna
once again,
to free us from the bondage of sin
we have forgotten the Yoke that was broken
while so many of us continued living in bondage
to our addictions under the Yokes
our hearts no longer had to serve
we cross the Red Sea,
The Blood of Our Lord
has washed our sins away
