Do As the demoniac To The Glory of The Lord Jesus

When The Lord cast the demons out of the demoniac in Mark 5.
The naked man now clean and freed knelt at the feet Of The Lord
Dripping with blood, with long fingernails, scratched the robes of Jesus
in desperation, the language of his soul
poured out an infant’s love,
bleeding with wounds so raw,
rough and chapped hands grabbed the sandals,
of the Almighty,
Obesequious and fawning over them in adulation,
unable to cast a glance at Jesus,

staining them with wounds fresh with grief
having cut himself for so many years
howling at the tombs day and night,
in a loneliness that abided deeply
for what companionship is a demon
tho they were many
casting himself in the dirt
tasting the dirt,

crying out for his own death,
scars, and scabs,
to imagine the sight of this man
The Lord had compassion on
the baths he had not taken
having been possessed
the stench that caused the apostles
to cover their faces
But to God he was sweet smelling,
a fragrance as a flower just bloomed,
God does not see as man does
The heart of the man overrun by demons
still had a secret place,
and in that tiny hollow
the cries that went out to God
“Do you think it was coincidence that Jesus
walked through the cemetary,
when the apostles must have advised
“Lord, i know a shorter way.”
Our Lord does not think as man
He will go out of His Way for one lost sheep
for one that has fallen into the deepest pit
His Compassion is not as ours
for many compassion is only convenience
a giving out of the abundance of their treasures
God descended to heal a world possessed with self-interest,
and greed and lust,
He came to an unclean people,
filled with continually evil
Jesus Our Lord looked at the demoniac
filthy, and vile in our eyes,
He saw a redeemed saint
in The Throne Room casting his crown
to The Lord in rememberance, in thanksgiving,
in celebration, in love, in dignity,
he cast his crown for Jesus
