The Church does not practice sin
It is deeply disturbing to me when people are attempting to make The
Church over in their own image. But they are deceiving themselves because no one
can make The Body of Christ over in their own image. We are called to become new
creations In~Jesus. Not the same old creation, but completely transformed into
The Image and Likeness of Jesus Christ. So, it is deeply disturbing to me
when the world attempts to make The Bride of Jesus Christ into whatever pleases
them. We are called to Repentance! Repentance means: To turn away from one’s
sinful attitude, and embrace God. It is embracing The Blood of Jesus as
atonement for our sins. But not to wallow in our sins. Jesus died to make us
Pristine, to impute His Righteousness to everyone who repents. So, tell me
this? How can one continue to practice what God condemns as sin in His Word?
Homosexuality is a sin in The Bible. The world can sugarcoat it, the world can
say God has to accept those who want to continue to practice, not just
homosexuality, but fornication and adultery as well. Those who would practice
sexual immorality, have not repented. The Holy Spirit indwelling the believer
convicts the believer of sin. God is not going to lower His Standard of
Righteousness, because a world embraces a humanistic philosophy. He simply will
not change because people do not want to follow His Word. God sets the standard
not man. It is God’s Holy Word. And yes, many will not like what The Bible has
to say.
“The Word of God is Living and Powerful, and sharper than any
two-edged sword piercing even to the division of soul and spirit and joints and
marrow and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. And
there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to
the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.”(Hebrews 4:12-13)
Yes, The Word of God cuts to the soul of our sins. It hurts, and God
will not change His Word simply because it is stabbing us to the core of our
rotten selves! His Word is Alive, and Breathing! His Word will press on your
heart, He will touch you at the point of your sin, and if you have met Jesus,
you will know that God will not leave you to wallow in your sins! This does not
mean, you will never sin, but it does mean that what God considers to be sinful
lifestyles will be abandoned and surrendered to Christ. Our Lord will walk with
us, and cleanse us from unrighteousness, but He will not accept immorality into
His Body. His Body is not all inclusive. He is Merciful, and will forgive
sinners! But a person who wants to hold onto their baggage, is not forgiven.
Why? They do not want forgiveness! Anyone who has truly repented is a New
Creation in Christ.
“Therefore, if anyone is In~Christ, he is a new creation, old things
have passed away, behold, all things have become new.”(1Corinthians
15:17)
We will fall, we will sin, but we will never openly boast about our
sins. We will never expect God to accept our sinfulness, and accuse Him of being
Unloving and Unmerciful when He does not. He has shown Mercy and Lovingkindness
by His Shed Blood! His Crucifixion is The Love He has shown you! Don’t you dare
say He is Unloving and Unkind because He will not let you practice your sins!
His Body is Holy and Pristine, and He is making us Holy! Oh people, God, our
Lord wants to present us a Holy and Blameless Church, above reproach! He is
cleansing us of all of our unrighteousness! Believers confess daily, bringing
what is impure to our Father, Holy God!
How can we even attempt to drag Him down to our level. No, we stay on
the ground, if we do not repent! If we love our sins so much, and try to foist
our sinfulness on God, then how have we repented! Those “churches” who boast
they are all inclusive and loving, obstruct the Grace of Jesus Christ, by
deceiving their congregations! Why would God leave us to twist in our sins? He
is making us over In The Image and Likeness of Jesus Christ! We want to be like
Him. And anyone who wants to stay in their sins, rather than embrace His Beauty
is not saved.
Beware of “churches” who will accept every kind of sin, who do not
preach The Holiness of Jesus, just a hippie kind of groovy kind of love that has
no boundaries.
WHY ARE WE SINNERS ATTEMPTING TO MAKE THE BODY OF CHRIST OVER IN OUR
OWN IMAGE! I am posting this, because we have no right to impose our will on
God! Nor to tell HIM that He must accept our sin! These people simply do not
want to repent! We are called to repent from our sins! No, we are not
without sin, but we must not practice sin as a way of life! WE ARE CALLED TO
HOLINESS! This is deplorable! But, we know that there is NO UNRIGHTEOUSNESS IN
GOD! People can do whatever they want, but JESUS CHRIST HAS NO PART WITH THEM!
Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 6:9-11)
“Do you know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of
God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolators, nor adulterers, nor
homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor
revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the Kingdom of God.And such were
some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were
justified in The Name of The Lord Jesus, and by The Spirit of our God.”(1
Corinthians 6: 9-11)
Anyone who wants to practice sin, homosexuality, fornication,
adultery, stealing as a way of life, then expect God to forgive them of sinful
lifestyles they are unwillingly to leave behind have no part In The Body of
Christ! Yes, formerly we practiced such things, but we love The Lord Jesus more
than we do our sinful lifestyles.
“This is the condemnation, that the Light has come into the world,
and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For
everyone practicing evil hates The Light and does not come to the light, lest
his deeds should be exposed. But he who does The Truth, comes to The Light,
that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”(John
3:19-21)
The Love of Jesus Christ is calling men and women everywhere to
repent! He paid the price! If you are truly saved, The Holy Spirit will compel
you to leave your sinful lifestyles behind! A church is not a church, simply
because it claims Jesus Christ. The Church practices Righteousness, The Body of
Christ are believers indwelled with The Holy Spirit! The Church are new
creations, who abhor sin, and love Jesus Christ!
