The history of The Holy Spirit takes us on a journey. The Book of Acts is happening today, it is The Acts of The Holy Spirit, each believer is part of the Book of Acts, The Holy Spirit working in each believer to move where He must go. Nothing has changed, God is The Same Yesterday, Today, and Forever. As He moved then, He moves now. He moves to take the believer out of this world, by conforming their minds to The Mind of Jesus Christ. We are never to believe we were born into the “churchianity the world has created”. This tradition of religion is the last place where The Holy Spirit dwells. He dwelt in The Jordan River, as One Crying In The Wilderness. He preached to the Ethiopian in the desert, and was carried upon his chariot. He preaches in prisons, He writes letters, and He condemns those who strain a gnat, but swallow a camel. He is on the fringes of society calling people outside of it. He warns for His People, “To get out of her.” This is not our world, brethren, we are not to be seduced by this world with it’s false hopes, false promises, and false prophets. The false prophets who lull The Body of Christ into a false sense of security, saying, “Peace!” “Peace!” When there is no peace. How can we make peace with a world, that murders our brethren, rejects prayer in the schools, has legislated Our Lord out of His own country, when God once blessed us, we cursed Him, and only continually mocked Him. How can we align ourselves with a society that rejects the poor, and condemns them to a slow death?
We are The Acts of The Holy Spirit. To move where He moves, calling people out of this culture, into The Kingdom that is not of this world. We are to preach The Gospel not in the pulpits that have betrayed Our Lord, but on the streets where the homeless are sleeping on concrete slabs. The pulpits have rejected Our Lord, and continue to reject His People. The Holy Spirit is working in wonderous ways, and He is building up The Kingdom of Our Lord, not in the conventional places, He is preaching in places where religion does not go. He stands up as a Holy Fighter, a Holy Tornado, a Holy Warrior, who will not back down. He does not fit in a box, nor does He fit into the buildings created. He dwells in Holy people, who do not fit the mold of acceptable people. He will preach through a child or a woman, He works in vessels who are emptied. He does not need theological training, for He wrote The Holy Scriptures. His heart will fill a desperate soul, one totally dependent on God for everything. He is acting through the despised and the weak. He is preaching through the foolish, and the lowly. His Voice is a Trumpet lifted, a watchman guarding the city, He blows the shofar, to warn the nations, " I draw the line in the sand. He who is not with scatters against me."
“My Kingdom is not of this world. If My Kingdom were of this world My servants would fight, so that I should not be delivered to the Jews; but now My Kingdom is not from here.”
(John 18:36)
